Hyper-V WAN throughout issues

Hi,

I have pfsense setup as a hyper-v virtual machine. I have a dual intel NIC attached to the VM (WAN and LAN). These ports are dedicated to this VM, via means of an external switch(s).

The throughput to the internet is less than half of what it should be. I have a 1Gb line, however the download is around 400Mbps.

I have disabled RSC via power shell for the V-Net Ethernet adaptors and disabled offloading on the NICs themselves. I have also disabled hardware checksum offloading in Pfsense itself.

Any ideas?
