failover gateway down, no notification

Hi all,

I've searched the forums before posting... but could not find an answer.

I'm running pfsense in dual wan failover mode. The failover (and return) are working fine.

I get emails if the 2nd connection goes down/up. But only get 'up' emails for the primary, not 'down' ones.

I guess the gateway goes down and pfsense doesn't failover internally to send the email to my outside SMTP server??? Is there a way to make it use the other valid connection?
