Express VPN (OpenVPN) routing

Hello, I have SG 1100 - I have configured the SG 1100 for Express VPN using their settings, I have ovpnc1- Express VPN LA UDP4 up and running. But the interface is not routing. If I do SHow my IP Address - it shows my ISP's IP Address not Express VPN. I believe it has to do with the NAT Firewall Rules and the instructions from Express VPN. Tech Support for Express VPN is no help.
