      hi there

ive tried to flash the nanobsd images from august.

      pfSense-1.2.3-1g-20090803-1341-nanobsd.img
      pfSense-1.2.3-1g-20090810-0415-nanobsd.img
      pfSense-1.2.3-1g-20090811-1640-nanobsd.img

but it doesnt work correctly. the flash card is an 1GB industrial noname part. here is what i get from phydiskwrite. the pfsense is booting.

      Information for \.\PhysicalDrive2:
        Windows:       cyl: 123
                       tpc: 255
                       spt: 63

Which disk do you want to write? (0..2) 2
About to overwrite the contents of disk 2 with new data. Proceed? (y/n) y
1014644736/1024966656 bytes writtenWrite error after 1014644736 bytes.

in the system log i have this entries

Aug 22 01:29:59 kernel: WARNING: Expected rawoffset 0, found 949599
Aug 22 01:29:59 kernel: WARNING: Expected rawoffset 0, found 63

probably this CF doesnt have exaktly 1GB space like the image is?

should i use the 512mb image for this flash card?
