not update new config port in server list backend haproxy pfsense

I have the last version of pfSense installed and haproxy-devel (version haproxy-2.4.9) installed by package manager.
when i changing port backend server list it's not effective in page status and port not changed and it keeps previous state but in config file (haproxy.cfg) has changed
i checked file /tmp/haproxy_server_state and see field srv_port has not changed
but when i delete server list of backend and again new server list, i see the port changed!! (it also changed in status page)

For anyone reading this, the issue is likely the same as in https://forum.netgate.com/topic/178348/haproxy-backend-port-changes-are-not-applied/

The solution is to add load-server-state-from-file none to the Advanced Settings > Backend pass thru section of each backend.
