My IPTV expects to get tagged VLAN 3999 frames and untagged frames so basically I just have to tell pfSense to forward VLAN 3999 packets.

What I've done to make it work is add new VLAN 3999 to pfSense for WAN and LAN interface and then add subinterfaces for both, enable them and set firewall rules to allow all traffic (just for testing) and enable IP options. Then I made a bridge between these 2 subinterfaces and IPTV started working.

      My setup:
WAN -> pfSense -> Managed Switch -> IPTV device

On my switch I've already setup VLANS and enabled IGMP snooping.

I know bridging is not ideal because that's not what pfSense is for, so my question is how do I setup vlans properly?
