Captive portale issue: not redirecting to the authentification page and no internet access when enabled

Hi,
i am new to pfsense, and i need some help please.
the project consists of using web filtering with squid and allow users to get throught the captive portal authentification before using internet.
i use this tuto to setup CP :https://www.pc2s.fr/pfsense-portail-captif-avec-authentification-utilisateur/
web filtering worked , but when i enable CP, the authentification page is not redirected automatically, and when an user is logging, there is no internet access;

Can someone help ?

And the other way around :
Setting up the captive portal using the tuto (first part) but without any squid related functionality activated, the portal works ?
Look also at the official Netgate captive portal videos.

Strange.
I've used these https://www.youtube.com/c/NetgateOfficial/videos and that works very well for me.
For more then a decade now.

Tel me what your doing differently, then I'll tell you not to do that, and it will work for you also ;)
