squid error

I have configured squid transparent proxy for my LAN users. Some times users are facing issue like stop browsing and message come on their chrom browser i.e "This site can't be reached" while browsing and after passing 15-20 second. User again start browsing. What is that issue?
Where we can fine logs in squid pfsense? -
@sahmed u have the tab in squid GUI, Real Time or if u are rude shell /var/squid/log/access.log

Thanks. I can access log.
However, users still facing sometimes error while browsing i.e " This site can't be reached". AFter elapse of time same site accessible. Is this issue with ISP or our squid proxy settings.? -
@sahmed do u have enable 'Resolve DNS IPv4 First'?
Which version of pfsense?

Yes I enabled DNS Resolver option as Services tab - DNS-resolver-General options. In Network interfaces - LAN Selected while in outgoing Network Interfaces, I selected WAN interface.
version of pfsense is 2.6.0-release (amd64).
