Wiregaurd performance running in Hyper-V

I have pfsense running on my local net and a remote net as a virtual machine under hyperv and after much fiddling got it to work.

At first the speed was horrendous, but I made the following optimizations on the virtual switch and physical nic. 1-2Mbs down and .2-.6Mbs up.

Disabled RSC on the vswitch
Get-VMSwitch -Name "WAN" | Select-Object RSC

On the physical Nic
Disabled Flow Control
Interrupt Moderation Rate set to minimal
Increased Transmit and Receive buffers to 1024

After these changes my down speed jumped to 300Mbps however my upload only increased to about .6Mbos

Any ideas or suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?
