Allow telegram on squid pfsense

Hi Everyone,

I want to use the squid package on Pfsense. It work fine. But telegram apps doesn't work.

I saw on internet that we have to enter the following filtering :

149.154.1(6[0-9]|7[0-5]).(25[0-5]|2[0-4][0-9]|1[0-9][0-9]|[1-9]?[0-9])
91.108.([4-7]|5[6|7]).(25[0-5]|2[0-4][0-9]|1[0-9][0-9]|[1-9]?[0-9])

but I don't know where?
