Still have empty branch selection and unregistered version, but I can update.

This was also CE > Plus upgrade I assume?

Those loader values are expected in Plus. They do nothing on other hardware.

Can you PM me your NDI? I'll check what it's status is here. If it upgraded OK it should show as registered.
