UPnP & NAT-PMP behavior difference 22.05 vs 23.01

Hi All, not sure where to post this but I noticed on 23.01 pfsense upnp service shows as stopped when upnp is not enabled vs 22.05 doesn't show the service at all unless its enabled. In 23.01 at first glance it makes you think theirs an issue with the service but its just not enabled. If the service is not enabled should it be visible? I think its better in 22.05 where it does not show the service unless its enabled and if you see its stopped then you know you have an issue.
