SSL Decryption exclusion

Does anyone have an exclusion list they are using and wouldnt mind sharing for sites that should be excluded from being decrypted? For example whatsapp and zoom.
Waiting on end users to tell me whats broken is a hassle. I know Palo Alto has a list in their software but im hoping you fine folk have one available?
