      Hi,

      does pfSense FreeRadius supports group-based (LDAP or MySQL group membership) vlan (802.1x) association?

      I saw that i can associate an radius authenticated user with a specific vlan. I want to assign a vlan to a user group is it possible?

      Regards

      Dimitris

        @dleventidis Through a captive portal? I don't believe so...
        That level of AAAA is switch-level control - you might be able to have another AAAA platform use the FreeRADIUS to check for specific rules but it wouldn't be done on the pfSense level that I can determine.

          @rcoleman-netgate i think via LDAP group membership is possible but the pfsense UI has only user options...
