Azure Appliance Include Support?

Hello. I'm confused as to whether the pfSense+ Azure appliance comes with Netgate support or not. The Azure pricing plans show different costs for TAC Lite, Pro, and Enterprise:

But on netgate's website they say:
"In order to keep prices low, the software is not bundled with a support subscription. For users who need commercial support, Netgate Global Support can be purchased at..."

@ar-ptg-co I would suspect that it doesn't come with support other than here at the forum since it's a Microsoft product...anymore and you should expect to pay; let hope that support staff verify.
