pfBlockerNG-devel changes from xmlrpc sync do not take effect immediately

When pfBlockerNG-devel syncs its settings (e.g. custom IPv4 list) to a secondary firewall, the settings on the secondary firewall do not take effect until the scheduled cron job is run.

If this is not practical to do, it would help to have text on the sync page that describes what is sync'd and when.
