Unity Editor won't open after upgrade to 2.6.0

After upgrading to 2.6.0 my son can't connect to Unity Editor, it doesn't open. He connects to my cell hotspot and it opens right up. Tried wireless and wired, same results. Firewall log doesn't show anything with his IP.

Firewall rules only log when you set them to log.
The default LAN firewall rule doesn't block any traffic.
