i just recently added PFsense to my network and finished doing all the configuration for DDNS + OpenVPN, both have been working without any issue.

when i connect to OpenVPN from outside my network i am able to reach my NAS server without any issue, but for some reason i am unable to reach a linux VM that is being hosted on my windows PC (inside my network).

to test, I connect locally (LAN) and both my NAS and VM are accessible.
when i connect from OpenVPN i can access NAS but not my VM.

i tried to disable my antivirus on my PC (thats hosting the VM) and still cant connect to it.
i tried to disable my antivirus + the windows firewall on my PC (thats hosting the VM) and still cant connect to it.
i checked the firewall rules on PFsense, but no rules are blocking the traffic.

i am not sure where to go from here and its driving me crazy why am i able to connect to my NAS but not the VM.

@albinali ok so i figured it out, when i inspected the route table i noticed it was messed up (probably because i was playing around too much), i rebooted the PFsense device and i can connect now.
