      Installed on: Hyper-V VM
      RAM: 3GB
      HD: 7GB
      Pfsense Build: CE
      Pfsense Version: 2.6.0-RELEASE (amd64)
      Modules Installed: Squid, SquidGuard

      Current behaviour:
      Followed this guide:
      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5HGjfWHlmCI
      Added this Blacklist: http://dsi.ut-capitole.fr/blacklists/

      Expected behaviour:

      1. In the above video, Time stamp: 12:50
The table of categories does not show anything except the default.

      2. Even without following the guide above, under Target Categories, I'd expect to see a list of categories to block by default/OOTB

      3. I'd expect to be able to create a Target Category then select a number of top-level categories to apply to that policy e.g Ads, Gambling, Shopping etc.

      What am I missing please?
      Thanks
