kernel log when restarting haproxy

When i restart haproxy i see something like this in the logs,

I would guess it's related to the fact i have a lot of socket-clients (ddp) that will try to reconnect all at the same time, my question is; is this something I should worry about, or is it expected at a haproxy service restart and its handled by the system accordingly.
