The last line of your error message gives the necessary clue -- notice it was trying to download pfSense-rc-23.05. That would be the "release candidate", which is rumored close to being ready, but not yet officially announced/released. So my guess is someone on the Netgate side renamed some things in the pkg repository setup perhaps getting ready for the Release Candidate. Or else, it was a true mistake and will get changed back to development/beta shortly.

@bmeeks I had a feeling this was the case. I'm always the first to test these deployments, I have about 150 of them in my organization. Someone probably renamed the file
