OPENVPN dosen't work after unexpected reboot

Hi there,

I have 3 pfsense community edition at 3 different location that have an issue with OpenVPN, if it reboot unexpected, the VPN dosen't work, i have to restart the service once the switch gets the WAN, is it possbile to make a delay on the VPN service to fix this issue?

I'm at latest base system 2.6.0
