      Hey everyone!

I was trying to setup captive Portal to do mac control. I had a list of macs for pass and block set.

Tested, everything was working as I wanted for the mobile devices and pc's. except.. all my google Home devices told me that they had no internet. I had their macs set as a pass in the list. No authentication was set as required.

A quick search didn't reveal any info, so hoping someone has a solution.

      Appreciate any help or advice!

      Thanks

@draithan the google home devices get an IP? You see them going out in the firewall logs?
Firewalls permit those home devices in that vlan?

        Firewall: NetGate,Palo Alto-VM,Juniper SRX
        Routing: Juniper, Arista, Cisco
        Switching: Juniper, Arista, Cisco
        Wireless: Unifi, Aruba IAP
        JNCIP,CCNP Enterprise

@michmoor Thanks, i didnt check if they got an IP. I will have to do more testing. With their MACs in the pass list, is it known that they do work? All the other devices were fine. Not using VLAN.

          Thank you!!
