Avaya Real Time Reporting is not working from Openvpn connection

Avaya server connection work perfectly from vpn connection (eg. 10.0.17.2) to LAN 10.0.10.51
Using this Real Time Reporting the authentication is ok, the requests are sent, but after a while I get This message:

In text: The system could not retrieve any data from the server because either the server connection is downm or there are currently no agents logged in...
Transmit mode = Unicast

The problematic dump messages:
[TCP Previous segment not captured]
[TCP Dup ACK 134#1]
[TCP segment of a reassembled PDU]
[TCP Previous segment not captured]
[TCP Spurious Retransmission]

What setting can help to elinimnate these messages, and get Real Time Reporting from Avaya server work.
