Re-install package failed with error about wrong PHP version, but succeeded on second try.

@christos3105 This indicates that the Avahi service was started twice. Not sure how that would happen. What happens on reboot?

Same issue after a full reboot.

@christos3105 I will have a look, but it will have to wait for RC for me to do it. I don't have a current beta env.

Problem solved for me after updating to 23.01.r.20230208.1414
Now Avahi works fine.
