WebGUI blank after upgrade to 23.01

@stephenw10 Oh my bad... The original upgrade with was using GUI, but on this second upgrade I wanted to upgrade by console to better get the logs and (on my defense it was very late on a friday :)) I did pkg upgrade instead of pfSense-upgrade. Looking back I found strange I had to reboot manually...
The good news is I rolled back, tried again using pfSense-upgrade from console and this time everything went smooth, so from my side problem closed.
@MacDefender this is probably not your problem, but check that you didn't do a pkg upgrade instead of a pfSense-upgrade -
Nice. Yeah pfSense-upgrade does a bunch of things that need to happen.
The fact you both ended up with similar symptoms suggests to me something similar happened. The cause for the upgrade failing may have been different though I agree.
