      i'm running
      23.01-BETA (amd64)
      built on Fri Jan 06 06:04:43 UTC 2023
      FreeBSD 14.0-CURRENT

      on an ng6100.

      i'm noticing this version is handling cable-modem |warm| reboots worse then previous versions:
      -> gateway gets correctly detected as down
      -> syslog gets flooded with

      kernel arpresolve: can't allocate llinfo for 84.x.32.1 on igc2

      -> dhcp client doesn't seem to retry to get a lease (i have not tried to wait very long - production system)
      --> because no lease => gateway stuck as pending
      --> longest time i've waited before manually intervening has been around 5 minutes

      it's easy to work around the issue, just hit release & renew on the status->interface page.

      is this a known issue/limitation? something different in the dhcp client in this release ?
