Latest 23.01 RC updated today - slow WAN on PPOE

Hi.
Just updated today to latest RC 23.01, after reboot WAN speed is around 300-400, with the previous RC I had 850+
Switched to a production machine, speed is 900+

seems to be fixed with another update that came today - 23.01.r.20230208.1414
