dnsbl reporting: two tone graph not working as intended

I don't know if this is anything on my end or if the report is broken but the "two tone" graph doesn't seem to be working as intended (see image).

Is there a fix I can do on my end?

@omethe Two tone sets a colour bar to the 00 Hour only.
