CVE-2021-35394 Issues?

I have just noticed something new being caught by Snort IPS/IDS that I wanted to share with the community. I wonder why this is being attempted on the firewall and the UPS package nut if that dameon has anything to do with what this attacker is attempting.

My question is, does his attempt to use mp-dameon being fashioned and crafted differently to attack the NUT UPS monitor daemon?
