      I suspect if “Installation and Upgrades” was renamed to something like “The Install/upgrade Process” or “Install Process/Upgrade Process” there would be fewer incorrectly categorized posts in it.

      Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
      When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to reboot, or more depending on packages, and device or disk speed.

        Might be worth trying but I doubt it would make that much of a difference, people already ignore the giant pinned post warning even with the arrows surrounding it.

          @jimp I'm not saying you're wrong :) though there are ways to create a post without first entering the topic. For instance the unread posts page has a New Topic button at the top of the page. That page is my main entrance to the forum.
