Issue/Renew does not show "Reload success" screen in 23.01

I did update two certificates today and although it worked fine, but the confirmation screen "Reload success" (the green page with -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- etc...) did not show up at the end.

What interesting is that the test certificate did show that screen.

Is it a change in design? Anybody else has seen this?

I've just hit "Renew", and saw the usual :
