I have a fully working Captive Portal. After a while, the users are disconnected even when the voucher has not expired yet. Even when they use a new voucher, the connection will not push through. No timeouts were enabled in the settings. Attached are the screenshots of the settings.

You haven't set a Waiting period, true, but have set this :

        Why ?

Vouchers, or not, always set an idle or hard time out :

A safe value for Hard (or Idle soft) time out is : the (longest) duration of the vouchers you use.

What did the Status > System Logs > Authentication >Captive Portal Auth tell you when this happens ?

What was the reason ( see also the log ) ?

No "help me" PM's please. Use the forum, the community will thank you.
Edit : and where are the logs ??

So, one of your voucher rolls is 'weird', what ever that means.
