gw2gw OpenVPN, pfsense is not autoconnecting

I made gw2gw vpn between endian (server) and pfsense (client). If pfsense is restarted or lose connection it's not establishing tunnel by it self. It's failing with status reconnecting, tls-error. Solution is to edit OpenVPN client settings, save it without changing anything and the it's connecting.
Pfsense is behind router but I forwarded port 1194
