IP blocking TikTok

Hi,

I am trying to block TIKTOK IP addresses using the TIKTOK ASN AS138699 listed in a custom block list to no avail. It seems like TIKTOK is using a CDN that I am not blocking. Has anyone had success blocking TIKTOK IP addresses using pfblockerNG IP ?
To see if the custom list is working, I successfully tested blocking the bbc.com and bbc.co.uk in the same custom list.

I have successfully blocked the TIKTOK domains through using a DNSBL, but that does not block people who are using DNS over TLS.
