      Hello everybody,
i'm using pfblocker and it's the second time i face this problem, first of all, i cannot update pfsense atm, the problem i encouter is:

I have an ip in this range 195.96.129.0 - 195.96.129.255 that is flagged as an italian ip range, but probably in the past was a lithuanian ip range and i have the whole lithuania blocked so that ip cannot reach our services.

Can i query that db to verify that ip range? Is there a way to update the DB that pfblocker is based on?
If there are other suggestion to solve my problem i'm all ears.

      Thanks,
      Jack37

@jack37 pfBlocker uses the MaxMind database. There's probably a way to look it up via command line but I generally use a site like iplocation.net which returns values from several places...usually the same but occasionally wildly different. IP blocks do get bought and sold a lot now.

I suppose you could try contacting MaxMind. Or just have pfBlocker process the lists as Alias Native, which only creates aliases. Then create your own rules to allow your range then block the desired countries.

Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. If yours is older, select it in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, let it finish; do not reboot early. Allow 10-15 minutes, or more depending on packages and device speed.
