VMWARE - WINDOWS DHCP/DNS , multiple VLAN, PFSENSE Relay

Anyone who can help with explaining how to configure this setup?
DC and pfsense are up and running.
But I can't seem to give out adres leases to clients.
Do I need more than 1 network adapter on my DC?
DC ip is 10.10.10.10 /24
pfsense 10.10.10.253 /24vmware network adapter is 10.10.10.0 / 24
scopes I need are 10.10.20.20-50 /24; 10.10.30.20-50 /24,10.10.40.20-50 /24
