i've just create a new user certificate , new user and i'd want to export a client configuration for use with openvpn connect , but i don't find a new user into this path clientexport -openvpnclient
How i can solve it ?

Possibly you used the wrong CA to generate the users certificate.Go to the System certificate manager and verify that the CA of the user cert and that one stated in the OpenVPN server settings are the same.

i've already verified , CA is the same , but i think the reason of this problem is different .

Password (twice) auser
I made this user member of the OpenVPN group
Checked : Certicate, gave it a description 'auser'And save.
This user called 'auser' is now usable on the VPN Client Export page.
If not, it's time to explain your setup.
