How to make squid transparent proxy to proxy non-80,443 traffic?
-
Hello everyone, I want to make squid's transparent proxy take effect on 8080,8443 and other unconventional ports, preferably all ports for web traffic to go transparent proxy. Is it possible to achieve this?

@t3st Squid already does that by default. Go to Services - Squid Proxy Server - ACLs - Squid Allowed Ports. It will list which ports squid will accept.

@kom Thanks for the reply. Here I filled in 1-65535. when using transparent proxy, the 8443 traffic is still not squid.
Incidentally, the configuration page of the transparent proxy has this sentence: Enable transparent mode to forward all requests for destination port 80 to the proxy server. So I would like to know how to apply transparent proxy to the full port. -
@t3st That I don't know. Transparent proxy is a major pain in the ass. I prefer explicit mode.
