Sunnyvalley Zenarmor

Had this installed but now the new version is apparently blocking the reinstallation of this?
From the installation page:
Due to the recent changes to the pfSense+ software; pfSense+ package manager now blocks 3rd party applications from getting installed onto the platform.
To that end, regretfully, we have decided to remove pfSense+ support. Is this likely to be fixed?

If the Sunnyvalley/Zenarmor folks really want their package on pfSense, they would need to do one of these two things: (1) communicate directly with the Netgate team and negotiate a process or work out a deal; or (2) add Zenarmor as a standard FreeBSD package in the public FreeBSD Ports tree.

@bmeeks Just want to add that there is a Reddit thread where SV ZenArmor did respond to the pfsense+ package.
My spidersense tells me because this is a proprietary package there was not going to be a way to have this part of the public FreeBSD Ports tree.

Actually, we've reached out to the Netgate team and asked whether they are open to integrating 3rd party applications including Zenarmor. It appears there is no interest in doing so. This is a business decision and we would like to respect that. If they change their policy, we might re-visit this; but for now, we'll not be shipping pfSense+ packages anymore.

Thanks for the responses.
It is a little disappointing as it is a great package that enhances pf.
It is an affordable addon that gives some solid protections - and it is easy to use.
Maybe there is some beef behind the scenes we don't know about. -
Anything change with this? I wanted to try Zenarmor with some of my pfSense+ setups but was disappointed that it's no longer supported due to lack of a "deal" between the two parties.

@luckman212 +1. I would love to see this in pfSense+. I would consider moving to OPNsense that does support it, but I already own Netgate hardware.
