@tohil The issue is related to IPv6 DNSBL. Disabling it and lighttpd starts again.

@cmcdonald okay, thanks for the hint. I will test it. Because I use IPv6, I have to re-enable it as soon it has been fixed.

Patch is in for snapshots and cherry-picked to 23.05 for RC.
