Want to upgrade a pair of older instances by replacing them with latest. Post install want to create/install the Netgate update keys - pki-tools wasn't installed so I added it. Despite that when I try to follow the usual instructions, I get error, invalid module 'private-key'. Are there newer instructions somewhere?

The pki commands in the docs are meant to be run from within the TNSR CLI, not at a shell prompt. There is no need to install any additional packages for that to work.
