    Hi,

    I am trying to deploy pfsense firewall to protect outbound and inbound traffic to our Azure VM resources. I am able to protect the outbound traffic successfully. I am unable to add additional network interface to pf sense VM. When adding additional interface to VM, I am losing access to GUI and SSH.

    Current pfsense configuration. We have two subnets for WAN and LAN.
    WAN: 10.0.1.4/24 -> public IP
    LAN: 10.0.3.5/24

    When trying to add one more interface in WAN subnet I am losing access to pfsense GUI and SSH. When I remove the interface from VM , I can access the GUI and SSH.

    I am trying to configure additional public IP to provide access to a web server behind firewall.

    I am new to pfsense, please guide me to resolve and provide inbound traffic.

    Thanks
    Karthik

      I have sucessfully added one more interface. Couple of reboots and it resolved the issue. Will try to do 1:1 NAT and update the status here.
