config parent proxy

Hello,

i have instaled the squid proxy on the pfsense.
I would like to configure a parent proxy. but it does not work.
Remote Cache - Add - Type parent.
how can I configure the proxy so that it forwards all requests there?
The realtime status is None/503 for all connections.

If I enter the proxy in front of the pfsense directly on the computer behind the pfsense and release it in the firewall, the connection works.

What is the reason of this problem?
