Monitor https without import the CA into the PC

There're 3 domains name in our company,a.com b.com and c.com ,some of the sub domain running https,we want to get all of the https request and fetch the URL from the access log, so we can use the security scanner to check these URL for vulnerability automatically.
I have the public and private key of Wildcard certificate about the 3 domains,but not the CA ,can I monitor https without import the CA into the PC ?
