PfBlockerNG - Reduce logging to eliminate "default" log messages every hour?

Is there a way reduce the logging so the system log messages below are skipped when there's nothing to report?
e.g.

[pfBlockerNG] Starting cron process.
[pfBlockerNG] No changes to Firewall rules, skipping Filter Reload

If there's no way to raise the logging threshold to changes/warnings/errors only, where's the code for these messages so I can custom patch an comment them out?
