      Hello

      I see that iPhone and iPad are having trouble/timing out connecting to OpenVPN server after 23.05.1.
      Interesting that PCs are connecting fine.

      Does anybody else see this?

        @chudak I noticed there was an update to the ios client to 3.3.4 and one of the things listed is issues with connectivity on ios 16.5 - I just tested and connecting in fine from my phone.

        edit: nice per the logs using chacha20 as well

            @chudak let me know if works out - just noticed my CA and certs are still RSA, think I might change them to using ECDSA ;)

            edit: well that was easy enough.. Now just need to export couple new configs for my chromebook and tablet phone connected fine with the new ca, server cert and client cert all using ecdsa vs rsa

              @johnpoz
              Thx!
              That looks like fix ed the issue

              I was under the impression that all my apps are up to date, but my iOS OpenVPN client was 3.3.3 and did not update along with other apps.

              Odd ...

              I have to look at my certs as well, but I mostly use TailScale lately and keep OpenVPN as a backup

                @chudak I think one of the other fixes in the app was something about fixed issue with display of available update

                I normally use openvpn, but I do have tailscale setup as my backup, I am just so use to openvpn its my go to.

                when I was adding the new profiles for my new certs on my ipad, I noticed I had not added tailscale to it - it was very easy ;)
