Squid Proxy, "No Such File Or Directory" Error

Hello all,
I was browsing through my Real Time logs in Squid Proxy and noticed in the "Squid Cache Table" section that I am getting the following errors
I am unsure if this has always been the case, but only noticed it after upgrading Pfsense to 2.7.0, it could be coincidence and cannot say if the update has anything to do with it for sure.
Any idea on how I can fix this, or if it needs to be fixed ? Thus far I believe everything is working OK but this made me curious so wanted to ask.
