What is your favorite pfBlockerNG (DNSBL + IP) feed list

Good morning all,
Was curious what pfBlockerNG feed lists (DNSBL + IP) you use in your pfSense box. Sometimes, I find it tempting to select every feed that is available for adequate protection but at the same time I don’t want to block the Internet and slow things down. Also, after a while some of the feeds no longer provide updates so ongoing maintenance of feed lists is warranted. Also, once you start removing some of the feeds, you are no longer sure what the impact will be on your entire list.
Do you have any good list of pfBlocker feeds that you find very adequate (considering their content) and that are not too restrictive for your use case?
Do you use any custom/non-pfBlocker feeds as well?
Appreciate any insights/recommendations you are willing to share.
