      I have upgraded to 2.7 and done a clean install of 2.7 and for some reason every time the machine boots i get the below message and the VM stops, any ideas?

        Did you change the virtual interface type in vmware?

        Obviously the config is for an E1000.
        What is the vm set to?

          I didnt change anything, its set to VMX3, not e1000
